Front Cover for FELONY ‘Welcome To Helltown’. From the “What Might Have Been” box, this is one of two concepts originally designed for Eonian Records. At this phase, the album was titled ‘Welcome To Helltown’ and had a totally different look. Just as it was on the verge of replication, the band decided the packaging was too risqué so this version was entirely scrapped. The new concept would eventually become FELONY ‘Helltown Hotel‘.
